Online Scheduling- What Type of Appointment to Schedule
New Patients (new to our office or existing patients with last visit being over 3 years)
Limited Exam and Treatment: Exam of only one area of concern. Includes testing muscles, bones and joints that may be contributing to your pain. After the exam, activation of one muscle and a chiropractic adjustment will be performed.
Full Exam and Treatment: This visit is for those with more than one area of concern. Exam of over 200 muscles, head to toe. Includes testing muscles, bones and joints that may be contributing to your pain. After the exam, activation of one muscle and a chiropractic adjustment will be performed.
Existing Patients
Regular Appointment: This visit is for injury assessment. Includes, complete spine examination, adjustment and soft tissue therapy. May include activation of 1 muscle, cold laser and/or ESWT shockwave therapy.
Chiropractic Tune Up: Basic chiropractic adjustment. Only available to patients with no more than 90 days since last visit. Not intended for injury assessment.
Muscle Activation: Includes activation of 3-8 muscles and a chiropractic adjustment. Timing varies.
Frequency Specific Microcurrent: 60 minute microcurrent session with Dr. Cerami and/or staff.
